Diploma program "Everlasting peace"
The degree program "Everlasting peace" is founded by radio club "Dolphins" and Local office of SRR around the city Sochi. The degree program continues a series of diplomas "History of Russia"
For the diploma the radio communications which are carried out on any amateur HF bands (including WARC) since 01.01.2013 are set off. To offset there are radio communications which are carried out by any kinds of radiation.
Conditions for receiving each of separate diplomas are given below.
