Diploma program "Travelling to Russia"
The degree program "Travelling to Russia" is founded by radio club "Dolphins" and the Russian telegraphy club.
Diplomas are issued for radio communications with various regions of Russia and separately by types of radiation: MIX, CW, SSB and DIGI.
The degree program includes eight series by the number of Federal Districts of the Russian Federation. Each series has the separate generalizing diploma for performance of conditions of all diplomas of a series.
For the diploma the radio communications which are carried out on any amateur HF bands (including WARC) since 01.01.2000 are set off. Repeated radio communications are counted:
for MIX - on different bands or different types of radiation;
for the rest - on different bands.
Conditions for receiving each of separate diplomas are given below.

Diplomas are issued in an electronic and paper look.
Cost of the diploma in electronic form:
- For clubmen of DRC - 20 CENT;
- For other applicants - 40 CENT.
The cost of the paper laminated diploma - 5 €.
