"Kazarsky Alexander"

Under the command of Lieutenant-Commander A. Kazarsky, "Mercury" made one of the greatest feats in the history of naval battles. May 14, 1829, year 18-gun brig was overtaken by two Turkish ships "Selimiye" and "Real-Bey", having in the amount of tenfold superiority in the number of guns. Having an unequal battle, the crew of the brig, under the command of Kazarsky, he won a brilliant victory, inflicting injury forced him to withdraw from the battlefield. Turkish officer with "Real-bey» wrote later:

"In the course of the battle, the commander of Russian frigate told me that the captain of this brig never surrender, and if he loses all hope, then blow up the brig her into the air. If the mighty deeds of ancient and our times are feats of bravery, then this act, all these should have to darken, and the name of this hero deserves to be inscribed in gold letters on the temple of fame: he called Lieutenant A. Kazarsky and brig - "Mercury".

 

For obtaining the diploma it is necessary to gather a phrase of "KAZARSKI" from the first letters of suffixes of call signs of Russia and Belarus.

At the same time indispensable condition: 4 letters need to be taken from suffixes of call signs of Russia (at the same time is necessary 1 QSO with the Republic of Crimea R6K) and 4 letters from suffixes of call signs of Belarus.

For the diploma the radio communications which are carried out on any amateur HF bands (including WARC) since 01.01.2016, are set off by different types of radiation. Repeated radio communications are set off on different bands.
