Today, the Russian Cossacks are citizens of the Russian Federation who regard themselves as Cossacks (direct descendants of Cossacks, as well as citizens who have expressed the desire to be members of Cossack societies). Cossack societies and public associations of the Russian Cossacks were created on the territory of more than 70 subjects of the Russian Federation.
According to preliminary estimates, the Russian Cossacks number about 7 million people.

In Russia there are 11 registered military Cossack societies (Cossack troops): The all-powerful army of Don, Kuban, Tersk, Volga, Orenburg, Siberian, Yenisei, Irkutsk, Zabaikalsk, Ussuri. The largest of them are the All-Great Don Army (the oldest in Russia), the Kuban Cossack Host, the Siberian Cossack Host, the Central Cossack Host.
In Russia there are 24 Cossack cadet corps, more than a thousand Cossack classes in general education institutions, in which more than 40,000 pupils study.

In addition, there are 150 military-patriotic and military-sports clubs and more than 500 Cossack folklore ensembles in the country.Annually on a national scale, activities are carried out related to military-patriotic education of Cossack youth.

Я не знал об этом важном событии в истории Руси и создание диплома, это простое желание открыть еще один незнакомый факт в Российской истории.

В 1572 году произошла величайшая битва Русичей, определившая будущее Евроазиатского континента и всей планеты на много веков вперед. В том сражении, унесшем более ста тысяч жизней, решалась не только судьба Руси — речь шла о судьбе всей европейской цивилизации. Но мало кто, помимо профессиональных историков, знает о этой битве...

Turkey had many territorial claims to its longtime opponent, the plans of the Port were to return the Crimea and the South Caucasus. Even before the outbreak of hostilities in August 1853, the Turks collected on the border with Russia 100 thousand army. The Anatolian army under the command of Abdi-pasha and with the support of Shamil's detachments had to seize the border fortresses in Russia, in which there were a few garrisons with a total strength of 20,000, to seize Tiflis, the capital of the Caucasian vicegerency, and go further. "The tsar must be thrown back for the Terek and the Kuban," was the plan of the Turkish command. But the campaign of 1853 the Turks lost. In the winter of 1853-1854, the Ottomans, with the help of French and British specialists, were intensively engaged in the reorganization of the army. The number of troops brought up to 120,000 bayonets and sabers, now it is six times higher than the number of the Russian corps. The main goal for the Turks was still Tiflis. The Vanguard of the Anatolian army marched at the end of May 1854, but in the battle near the village of Nigotei was defeated by a Russian detachment under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel Prince Nikolai Eristov.

Продолжая дипломную программу «История Руси», мы пытаемся восстановить память о событиях, которые, по тем или иным причинам, вспоминаются редко, или вовсе забыты. Этого не должно происходить. 

 

16 июня 1854 года, близ селения Озурегти русские войска нанесли поражение туркам. Османская империя, объявившая при подстрекательстве Англии и Франции в 1853 году войну России, была уверена в успехе. К своему давнему противнику Турция имела много территориальных претензий, в планах у Порты было вернуть Крым и Южный Кавказ. Еще до начала боевых действий в августе 1853 года турки собрали на границе с Россией 100 тысячную армию. Анатолийская армия под начальством Абди-паши и при поддержке отрядов Шамиля должна была овладеть приграничными русскими крепостями, в которых находились немногочисленные гарнизоны, общей численностью 20.000 человек,  захватить Тифлис – столицу Кавказского наместничества и пойти далее. «Царь должен быть отброшен за Терек и Кубань», - таков был план турецкого командования. Но кампанию 1853 года турки проиграли. Зимой 1853-1854 годов османы при помощи французских и английских специалистов усиленно занимались реорганизацией армии. Численность войска довели до 120 тысяч штыков и сабель, теперь оно в 6 раз превышало численность русского корпуса. Главной целью для турок по-прежнему оставался Тифлис. Авангард Анатолийской армии в конце мая 1854 года выступил в поход, но в битве у селения Нигоети потерпел поражение от русского отряда под командованием подполковника князя Николая Эристова.

The degree program "Worked with Sea QTH Locators" is founded by radio club "Dolphins" and "The Russian telegraphy club", for carrying out bilateral radio communications (observations) with amateur radio stations working from various sea QTH locators.

 

In the development of the conditions of the graduation series, a selection of materials took an active part:

UA6GO- Vladimir Pchelin, RM4C-Sergey Stepanov, RW9MZ - Andrey Matveyev. 

 

The QTH locator is considered sea even if the part of its territory passes across the coastline of continents or islands. The radio station of the correspondent can be both on sea vessels, and on the land within borders of this sea locator.

Дипломная программа "Работал с морскими QTH-локаторами" учреждена радиоклубом «Дельфины» и «Российским телеграфным клубом», за проведение двухсторонних радиосвязей (наблюдений) с любительскими радиостанциями, работающих из различных морских QTH-локаторов.

 

В разработке условий дипломной серии, подборке материалов приняли активное участие:

UA6GO - Владимир Пчелин, RM4C - Сергей Степанов, RW9MZ – Андрей Матвеев.

 

QTH-локатор считается морским, даже если часть его территории проходит по береговой линии материков или острова. Радиостанция корреспондента может находиться как на морских судах, так и на суше в пределах границ данного морского локатора.

 

Diploma program "All Continents"

 

he degree program "All Continents" is founded by radio club "Dolphins".

 

For obtaining diplomas it is necessary to carry out radio communications (observation) with various countries located on one continent.

The diploma is issued to all licensed radio fans (observers) of the world.

 

For the diploma the radio communications which are carried out on any amateur KV ranges (including WARC) since 01.01.2000, are set off by different types of radiation. Repeated radio communications are set off on different bands.

 

The degree program consists of 6 separate diplomas, each of which in turn consists of several degrees. Conditions for receiving each of separate diplomas are given below.
